CLDN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV12-1, BAIAP2L1, and SP140. Each is linked with CLDN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN4-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
