The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CLDN25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLDN25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CLDN25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
