CLDN24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,334 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN24-associated genes across cancer lineages are WWC2, MARK3, and RBAK. Each is linked with CLDN24 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN24-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN24→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
