CLDN22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are SURF6P1, RN7SL722P, and ELAVL4-AS1. Each is linked with CLDN22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN22-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SURF6P1 grouped by CLDN22-low versus CLDN22-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
