Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLDN22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule nucleation, Alkaloid metabolic process, and Negative regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation. Each is linked with CLDN22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN22-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule nucleation grouped by CLDN22-low versus CLDN22-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
