CLDN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,466 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLDN2_S208, ARHGEF12, and DLGAP4_T915. Each is linked with CLDN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN2 versus CLDN2_S208 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
