CLDN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,027 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2, RGS20, and C11orf45. Each is linked with CLDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN2 versus CCM2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
