CLDN19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CLDN19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN19-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CLDN19-low versus CLDN19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
