CLDN17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN17-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CLDN17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN17-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by CLDN17-low versus CLDN17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
