CLDN17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN17-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6B, EGFR, and TEX15. Each is linked with CLDN17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN17-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT6B grouped by CLDN17-low versus CLDN17-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
