CLDN16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 479 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN16-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-38-1, MTCYBP45, and LINC01734. Each is linked with CLDN16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN16-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIII-38-1 grouped by CLDN16-low versus CLDN16-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
