CLDN16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CLDN16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN16-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by CLDN16-low versus CLDN16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
