CLDN16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,680 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN1, LCN2, and NUAK2. Each is linked with CLDN16 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN16-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN16 versus CLDN1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
