CLDN14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR933, ARHGAP42P3, and NF1P2. Each is linked with CLDN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN14-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR933 grouped by CLDN14-low versus CLDN14-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
