CLDN14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1L1, MS4A4A, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with CLDN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN14-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1L1 grouped by CLDN14-low versus CLDN14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
