Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLDN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with CLDN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN12-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CLDN12-low versus CLDN12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
