CLDN11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,336 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, TPM1, and SORBS3. Each is linked with CLDN11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN11-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN11 versus MAP1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
