CLDN11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, CNP, and AHCY. Each is linked with CLDN11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN11-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN11 versus OIP5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
