CLDN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN11 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 465 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A2, TRIM3, and EVPL. Each is linked with CLDN11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN11-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A2 grouped by CLDN11-low versus CLDN11-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
