CLCN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,982 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, STK4, and ADNP. Each is linked with CLCN6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCN6 versus TNRC6B in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
