CLCN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,433 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, LZIC, and CSTA. Each is linked with CLCN6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCN6 versus LRRC47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
