CLCN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLCN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, IQCF5, and TEX46. Each is linked with CLCN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN6-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by CLCN6-low versus CLCN6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
