CLCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZADH2, CYB5D1, and SCG5-AS1. Each is linked with CLCN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZADH2 grouped by CLCN2-low versus CLCN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
