CLCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 511 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOX1, H2BC1, and LCE2B. Each is linked with CLCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STOX1 grouped by CLCN2-low versus CLCN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
