CLCN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF1C, KLHDC4, and GABRR2. Each is linked with CLCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
