The most reproducible CLCN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with CLCN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN1 results are reported.
