Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLCF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLCF1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CLCF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLCF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and SARC are the cancer types where CLCF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
