CLCF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIRF, CHEK1, and TEX30. Each is linked with CLCF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCF1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIRF grouped by CLCF1-low versus CLCF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
