Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLCA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLCA4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CLCA4 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLCA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CLCA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
