CLCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD6, ZFP91, and ERCC6L. Each is linked with CLCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA2-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD6 grouped by CLCA2-low versus CLCA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
