CLCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCL2, PRR20B, and PRR20A. Each is linked with CLCA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA2-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCL2 grouped by CLCA2-low versus CLCA2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
