CLBA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLBA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLBA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, MTA1, and SH3KBP1. Each is linked with CLBA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLBA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLBA1 versus BAG5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
