Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLBA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 941 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ5, RNU1-19P, and RN7SKP12. Each is linked with CLBA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLBA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLBA1 results are reported.
