Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLBA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ER-alpha, and MEK1. Each is linked with CLBA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLBA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLBA1 results are reported.
