CLBA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLBA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB47, KCNQ4, and NEDD1. Each is linked with CLBA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLBA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB47 grouped by CLBA1-low versus CLBA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
