CLASP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,841 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR48, SETMAR, and TOP2B. Each is linked with CLASP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASP2 versus WDR48 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
