CLASP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC1LI1, CRBN, and WDR48. Each is linked with CLASP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASP2 versus DYNC1LI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
