Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with CLASP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CLASP2-low versus CLASP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
