CLASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 487 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH1, MYH4, and MTFMT. Each is linked with CLASP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH1 grouped by CLASP2-low versus CLASP2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
