CLASP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, TSN, and RBM33. Each is linked with CLASP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASP1 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
