CLASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, Shc_pY317, and TIGAR. Each is linked with CLASP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by CLASP1-low versus CLASP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
