CKS1BP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1BP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,568 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKS1BP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1B, ILF2, and C1orf112. Each is linked with CKS1BP7 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1BP7-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1BP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKS1BP7 versus CKS1B in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKS1BP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKS1BP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
