Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1BP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKS1BP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CENP-A containing chromatin assembly, Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint. Each is linked with CKS1BP6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1BP6-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1BP6 results are reported.
