CKMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,013 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIC8B, INPP5K, and ARPP19P1. Each is linked with CKMT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT2-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIC8B grouped by CKMT2-low versus CKMT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
