CKMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJD2, ACSM6, and PFN3. Each is linked with CKMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT2-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJD2 grouped by CKMT2-low versus CKMT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
