CKM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP358, PDCD5P2, and MIR6865. Each is linked with CKM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKM-to-partner and partner-to-CKM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP358 grouped by CKM-low versus CKM-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
