CKM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, MOGAT2, and OR4N4. Each is linked with CKM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKM-to-partner and partner-to-CKM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by CKM-low versus CKM-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
