CKAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,804 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP10, TMTC3, and PLOD1. Each is linked with CKAP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP4 versus FKBP10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
