CKAP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,780 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL3A1, POSTN, and ADAM12. Each is linked with CKAP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP4 versus COL3A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
