CKAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-838P, RNA5-8SP5, and RNU6ATAC26P. Each is linked with CKAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-838P grouped by CKAP4-low versus CKAP4-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
